This is a comprehensive program that involves dynamic flexibility, movement preparation, footwork, strength training, and agility training. This program will run for 4 weeks consisting of 3 workouts per week. It focuses on multi-joint exercises and movements (skipping, hopping, jumping, lunging, squatting, pushing, pulling, throwing, and twisting) and using appropriate loads. The workouts should be challenging, yet fun and engaging with the goal of building great training habits and a solid foundation of proper movement.
Grades 4th-8th. 4-5 PM at Hooptown Monday, Wednesday and Friday. $5 per player.
